Bankruptcy Auction: 3-Letter Domain Name VQL.com In re Vision Quest Lighting d/b/a E-Quest Lighting” Case No.: 17-73967 (LAS).
The Winning Bidder at auction shall be sent an invoice confirming the amount bid plus 10% Buyer’s Premium (for example a high bid amount of $25,000 shall result in an invoice if $27,500). A Bid at auction is deemed to be a firm offer and, if accepted by seller shall become a binding obligation of such bidder. Upon being informed that you are the winning bidding, you must submit payment in full into the Escrow Account of Auction Advisors, to be held in Escrow pending final transfer. Such payment shall be due by the end of the first business day after the auction. Promptly after receipt of such payment into Escrow, Seller will push or transfer the domain to the winning bidder’s account. Money will only be released from the Escrow account in the event control over the domain is transferred to winning bidder. In the event such transfer does not occur within 45-days, buyer shall have the option to deliver notice and receive its funds back from Escrow and terminate the transaction without penalty.
